Coaxial Art Show with Skate Chesco

This collaboration event transformed Gay street into a temporary a skate park, supporting artists in the West Chester skate community. Participating artists included Henry Jones, Andrew Cannon, Chris Aspité, and Skate Chesco founder Brian Baade. Over 50% of the exhibition sold.

Limited Time Offers

Gryphon Cafe’s unique value proposition encompassed high-quality, traditional products and exceptional service. In a highly competitive market, limited time releases focused on limited edition, seasonal flavors that became the driver of weekend sales. New specials were released on socials by highlighting exciting products presented by everyday staff. Stories were used to promote the product, staff, and update customers when specials ran out, creating a sense of urgency.

These limited time specials included flavors like carrot cake, strawberry rhubarb, peach, pandan, and red bean, unusual flavors in the West Chester coffee scene.

Emphasis on Staff

What makes a coffee shop a community? The people you get to see everyday. In addition to limited time offerings and events, a focus on the people who make it happen drove engagement.

Ideas included silly concepts like, if you were a transformer what would you be? Mother’s day took a page out of the old photos trend and featured staff with their mothers.
